The expenses will then be covered in the advertising and promotion expense category.

Another expense is the auto and delivery. This is an expense that covers the money you spend on your business automobile. It may be the gas refill or auto repairs. You usually need an automobile for this type of business, especially when you offer pick-up or delivery for the bicycles that are entrusted to you.

Insurance expense. If you want to get your business protected in case something not expected happens, then you need to avail of a quality insurance policy. The policy will have premiums you need to pay for. The premiums should be listed as a business expense. This can then be under the insurance expense category.

Office supplies and postage expense category should also be listed. You need some office supplies for the business, after all. You need to buy a few office supplies to keep the business running smoothly. The expenses you make for the sake of purchasing office supplies should be contained under this category.
